Friday: Youth and Education
Youth:
- 1Jn. 2:13-14- I write to you young men because you have overcome the wicked one….I have written to you, young men because you are strong and the word of God abides in you.
Adoption:
- John 14:18- I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
Rom. 8:15- For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again back to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
Wisdom:
- Dan. 1:20- And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm.
- Lk. 2:52- And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man. 2Tim. 2:1- You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
- 2Tim. 2:22- Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Jesus asked His disciples could you not watch and pray with me for one hour? He is still asking us that same question. What will your answer be? Please let your answer be YES!
